What safety officers ask first.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Start, Pro and Business come annually (best price) or monthly (+20 %). Enterprise is billed annually, on invoice if preferred. Payment runs securely through Stripe.
What does onboarding cost?
It is included with Business and Enterprise. For Start and Pro it is optional (EUR 1,500 one-time). Self-starters do not need it: sign up, upload safety data sheets, go.
What happens if we exceed an allowance?
Nothing gets blocked. Product and location allowances are soft limits: you keep registering, the app merely suggests the fitting plan. Caventi never blocks recording a hazardous product.
How does the trial work?
30 days, full feature set, no credit card. Afterwards you pick a plan; without a purchase the account is paused and your data is kept.
Is Caventi GDPR-compliant?
Caventi is built for the GDPR: data is hosted in Germany, tenants are strictly separated (Row-Level-Security), and a data processing agreement is included.
How reliable are derived values?
Storage class, water hazard and compatibility follow the recognised frameworks (in Germany TRGS 510 / 555), are professionally reviewed and approved, and deliberately cautious: in doubt Caventi over-warns and flags unclear combinations for review rather than marking them "safe". The derivations are decision support; legal responsibility stays with the employer.

Caventi covers the same obligation and takes on what the Stoffenmanager leaves open: co-storage check per TRGS 510, operating instructions, QR/kiosk and AI extraction, in one system.
Which languages do the operating instructions come in?
The interface and the operating instructions are multilingual, every label fully translated. Safety-critical hazard text stays in its official original form.
Where does the hazard data come from?
From GESTIS, ECHA, PubChem and the BAuA, as best-effort enrichment with proof of origin. If a source is unavailable, nothing is blocked.
